By placing an order through our Site, you agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification once your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.
- During periods of high volume (including new product launches or holidays), order processing may take longer.
- We do not ship on Sundays, or federal holidays.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your selected delivery method, order weight, and destination.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if offered): 2–4 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier-related delays once a package is in transit.
3. Shipping Carriers
Bugvaya primarily uses USPS, but may also utilize other reputable carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL) at our discretion based on destination, order volume, or service availability. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, Bugvaya is not liable for delivery delays, incorrect delivery, or lost shipments caused by the carrier.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
After your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update. If you do not receive a tracking number or have trouble locating your package, please contact us at hello@bugvaya.com.
5. Delivery Issues and Undeliverable Packages
It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at the time of checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect the package from a carrier facility, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please verify the accuracy of your shipping address and ensure someone is available to receive your package.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 calendar days of delivery at hello@bugvaya.com with the following:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will assess the claim and may offer a replacement or refund at our sole discretion.
7. Preorders and Backorders
If your order contains a preorder item or is subject to a soft-launch production delay, estimated shipping times will be noted on the product page and/or checkout screen. Orders with preorder items will ship in full once the entire order is ready. Bugvaya reserves the right to update anticipated shipping windows based on supplier or manufacturing delays.
8. Shipping Policy Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of our Services constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
